Fresh New Look

Its been a few weeks since we’ve posted some new news as we have been pretty busy but here is a job we done not so long ago through in the west.

This was a lovely hand made kitchen that, like a lot of the ones we work on, was still in great condition. Rather than getting rid of it they enlisted us breathe some new life into it.

We arrived at the job and started removing the doors and drawer fronts to take back to our workshop. After making sure that all the surfaces were well protected we prepared the remaining areas for the primer to be applied. On the first day we also applied the first coat of colour.

With the doors back in the workshop they were given the usual treatment of sanding, priming, and coats of colour.

Back on site at the end of the week, the kitchen was given its final coats of colour and all the doors were fitted and adjusted. The client also got new handles which we fitted for them to complete the new look.

The finished colour was Farrow and Ball ‘Hardwick white’
