Country Kitchen – Step by Step

Sometimes the fact I need to travel over an hour each day to work is a privilege when the view from your workplace is like this.

This 7 year old kitchen was in reasonably good condition, although the colour was no longer to my clients taste. All the ironmongery was removed and cleaned of any previous paint. The previous paint finish was somewhat heavy, so I had to sand everything back to a smooth base before applying the new paint. The original colour was ‘moles breath’ from Farrow & Ball, my client wanted a much lighter colour. ‘Cornforth white’ was the chosen colour. My client was delighted with the fresh new look to her beautiful kitchen.
