Brightening up a melamine kitchen

Another kitchen in Edinburgh that we completed a few weeks ago. An oak effect melamine finish, prepared and primed with a specialist primer the finished in Farrow&ball ‘pointing’. Transformation of old oak kitchen

My remit was to transform this somewhat dull oak kitchen into a bright colourful look. All doors were removed, taken to my workshop where they we cleaned, sanded, primed then painted in Farrow&ball ‘green blue’. Doors all refitted and existing wooden handles refitted. Client was very happy with the result, all work carried out within one week.

A job in two parts

This job was in two parts really. Part one was to paint the surrounds of the cabinets that I painted the doors of a few months ago.
